Question: What is a master association assessment?

Answer: The Las Vegas Country Club Estates Master Association has a monthly assessment due on the first of each month. The assessment varies based on single family homes, townhomes, or condominiums. The assessments are collected for the Master Association to maintain all common areas, such as exterior walls, certain landscaping, streets, street lighting, and the three entry gate houses and security staff.

Question: Do I have one association or a master and a sub association?

Answer: The Las Vegas Country Club Estates Master Association has a combination of residences that also belong to a sub-association. We have 11 sub-associations, and if your property is located within one of these sub-associations, you will have a master association assessment and a sub-association assessment. Question: Is the Las Vegas Country Club part of the master association?

Answer: Although the country club golf course is intertwined within our lovely community, the Las Vegas Country Club is privately owned and operated. Management for the Las Vegas Country Club is located at 3000 Joe W. Brown Drive, and can be reached at (702) 734-1122. For membership information, please call their office directly.

Question: How do I obtain a vehicle entry decal?

Answer: Owners and registered tenants must obtain vehicle decals from the Las Vegas Country Club Estates Master Association office. You will be required to provide certain documentation, to include your driver’s license, current DMV registration, and proof of vehicle insurance. Owners with tenants must register their lessee with the master association, provide a copy of the lease, and pay all required fees and deposits before the tenant will be issued vehicle decals. Vehicle decals are issued annually and expire on December 31st of each year.

Question: How do I reach gate house guards for guest call downs?

Answer: You can reach gate guards 24/7 for guest call downs at the following numbers: Karen Avenue Gate (702) 796-8503, Joe W. Brown Gate (702) 732-8337, and Maryland Pkwy. Gate (702) 732-2701. Should you require a guest or service provider on property more than seven days, you must contact the master association office at (702) 732-0329 or by submitting a request via the web site.

Question: Which gates can my visitors or service providers enter?

Answer: The Maryland Pkwy and Joe W. Brown gates will check-in your guests and provide them one time guest entry passes.

Question: How do I obtain a Resale Disclosure Package?

Answer: As per the Nevada Statutes, all sellers must provide a Resale Disclosure Package to prospective buyers. If the property is located within a sub-association, you will be required to provide a resale package for the master and sub association. To order a Resale Disclosure Package for the master association, please login to the web site and submit a request via the ‘Documents’ link. If you are not the owner of the property, please contact the management office using the ‘Contact Us’ link on the web site or call (702) 732-0329. Please note that there is a charge to obtain the Resale Disclosure Package.

Question: How do I contact security in an emergency?

Question: What are the hours of the master association management office?

Answer: Your master management team is available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Offices are conveniently located within the Monterey development at 2854 Geary Place #3809, Las Vegas, NV 89109. Phone (702) 732-0329 Fax (702) 732-2090.

Question: Who are your Board of Directors?

Answer: Members of the 2018-2019 Board of Directors: Alan Stamm (President), Alan Feld (Vice President), Isaac Shoham (Treasurer), Carlo J. Farina (Secretary), and Michael Flores (Director). Your Board serves a one year term, with the annual meeting and election each March.

Question: When does the master association hold Board of Directors meetings?

Answer: The Las Vegas Country Club Estates Master Association meeting dates are posted in the event calendar and notices mailed to homeowners. All homeowners are encouraged to attend the regular session Board meetings, which are open to residents. Dates, times, and locations are conveniently posted on the events calendar.

Question: How do I obtain a login for the web site?

Answer: There is a link at the top of our home page entitled ‘Request Login’. Please click this link and complete the login request. You will be notified within 24 hours with your resident login and temporary password. Question: How do I file a resident complaint?

Answer: The Resident Complaint Form can be found under the ‘EForms’ link within the Resident Portal, and is also available through the security Officer in Charge (OIC) and master association management office. All resident complaints must be submitted to the master association management office in writing to be reviewed, researched, and/or acted upon by management.

Question: How do I arrange for a party guest list and entry passes?

Answer: The Las Vegas Country Club Estates Master Association Rules and Regulations require residents with a party guest list of 15 or more attendees to provide the list to the master association management office at least one week prior to the event. If management determines additional security is necessary, the owner is required to pay the cost of the guard. A fee of $25.00 is payable to the master association to register the guest list and ensure entry passes are prepared and printed prior to the party guest’s arrival.
